H-Frame and Crossbar
It is part of system scaffold, that easily to install you just follow the manufacturer’s instruction manual when erecting, and to be used to get access at heights, support a work crew and materials, to aid in the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges and all other manmade structures.
For erecting scaffolding, H-frame is one of the effective tools. The H-Frames, which are also called the two rectangular frames,
are equipped with cross bracing that is on H-Frames. They are highly suitable for complex loadings on the scaffolding lifting frames.
Cuplock System
This is a multi-purpose system which is used for supporting structure for plastering, for lift machine
(Hoist) etc. This system can be erected for straight, circular and also curved structures. This system
has Horizontal and vertical members. Horizontal members is locked to vertical members by cups
provided on it. The cups on vertical members are of malleable cast iron and pipe used are of 40 NB.
Vertical
a) Verticals are provided in six basic sizes. With cup joints welded at 500mm. Intervals the captive top cups are of malleable casting to endure rough site handling and welded bottom cups are pressed from highly quality steel. Product sizes: Cuplock vertical 0.5mtr, Cuplock vertical 1.0mtr, Cuplock vertical 1.5mtr, Cuplock vertical 2.0mtr, Cuplock vertical 2.5mtr and Cuplock vertical 3.0mtr Pipers are as per BS 4360 NBMS pipe. OD 48.3mm Wall thickness 2.9mm. Weight 3.25kg/m forged blade grade ‘2’ on other side as per requirement.
Horizontal
Horizontals have identical forged blade end with minimum of projection to avoid damage. Each component locates in the cup joints on the verticals. Pipers are as per BS 4360 NBMS pipe. OD 48.3mm Wall thickness 2.9mm. Weight 3.25kg/m forged blade grade ‘2’ on other side as per requirement.
Spigot Pins
Spigot Pins 200/300mm long for making vertical connections. These spigots are drilled with 2 holes to receive locking pins/ nutbolting.
Base Jack
Adjustable base jack has a solid steel stem/Hollow Tube Stem of 32/36/38mm diameter which has a nut restraint to ensure the stem always has a minimum engagement into the Standard of 150mm. The Adjustable base jack is capable of accepting twin 100mm wide bearers. The basic function is to hold timber beams very strongly in the right position.
Stirrup Head
Adjustable Top head. These are manufactured by process of thread rolling either on solid bar 32/36mm of hollow pipe 38mm dia 4mm thick available with U head 70x110x70mm. These are available in different length 350/450/650mm long. These are used for final hight adjustment of scaffolding at Top.
Channels
Indian Standard Medium MS Channel (ISMC) are used to hold the building in construction. ISMC channels are made sturdy and heavy to uplift the construction site so that it won’t collapse. Available in 2mtrs, 3mtrs, 4mtrs and 6mtrs lengths.
Swivel Coupler
To use for tie 40×40 NB Tubes/ 40×50 NB Tubes made by 4mm HR Coil with boron Eye Bolts(850/950gms).
Coupler Fix
To use for tie 40×40 NB Tubes made by 4mm HR Coil with boron Eye Bolts(850/950gms).
M S Pipes
40 NB tubes are abailable as per IS1239. Medium class very commonly used for bracing of props, cuplock system, H Frames or supporting of structures/ slab using stirrup heads at top. These tubes are 3.25kg/m and available in 6mtr and 3mtr length.
